Co-Founder
Mike is a leading expert in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) with over 31 years experience in technical and clinical advances. His decades of MRI expertise are the technical foundation and continued development of our solution. He is a professional engineer and a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at McMaster University and is the Director of Imaging Physics and Engineering for the Imaging Research Centre at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.

Co-Founder
Dinesh is an internationally regarded physiatrist with over 25 years experience in rehabilitation medicine. He has treated patients who experienced concussions from a variety of causes, including motor vehicle accidents, falls, and sport-related. During his medical career he has provided care to Canadian Football League (CFL) and Ontario Hockey League (OHL) professional athletes. Dinesh has further developed a significant network within the legal community due to his diligence and care when providing medical legal reports.

Lead Research Coordinator
Ethan leads our efforts to grow the research side of our technology. He builds partnerships and oversees research projects. Ethan earned his PhD in Biomedical Engineering at McMaster University with Dr. Noseworthy, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship with Dr. Kumbhare, and helped shape the personalized concussion analysis tools. Ethan is currently a postdoctoral fellow at McMaster University.

Lead Data Scientist
Alejandro is an expert in MRI acquisition and analysis techniques, specializing in the application of AI and machine learning to neuroimaging. He leads the technical implementation and advancement of our technology. Alejandro is also currently a PhD candidate with Dr. Noseworthy in Biomedical Engineering at McMaster University.

Neuroradiology Consultant
Euan is a neuroradiologist who provides clinical oversight and reviews of our MRI scans and final reports. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alberta, completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at Western University, and a subspecialty fellowship training in Diagnostic Neuroradiology at McMaster University. Dr. Zhang is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in both Diagnostic Radiology and Diagnostic Neuroradiology. Following fellowship, he joined McMaster University, where he is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Imaging and the Program Director of the McMaster Neuroradiology Residency and Fellowship Program.
